These terms apply to all orders placed with A Better Idea.
Payment
Prepayment by check or credit card. Minimum order $250 net. All work is paid in full up front; Net 30 terms are not offered. Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee. Receipt of your credit card details indicates you have read and accept these terms.
Custom Goods and Returns
All goods are custom imprinted to your specification and are not returnable. There are no refunds once your order is printed. Once you approve the artwork your order is in production and cannot be cancelled. No returns are accepted without a valid RMA number.
Artwork Charges
Artwork, proofs and order revisions are charged separately. Artwork we clean up or redraw is $95 per logo. A setup charge applies per colour and per imprint location. A running charge applies per additional colour, per additional imprint location, per piece.
Shipping and Delivery
Factory shipping dates are the best estimates of our suppliers. We are not accountable for delays caused by acts of God, equipment failure or carrier delays. If proof approval is delayed, your order may need to ship expedited at additional cost. All goods become your property once accepted by the carrier.
Overages and Shortages
We aim to produce the exact quantity ordered, but standard industry practice allows for a small variance. You will be billed for the quantity actually shipped.
Warranties
We make available all transferable warranties provided by the manufacturer of the goods. We make no other express or implied warranties, including no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect applicable sales tax for Rhode Island. Out of state orders may not require sales tax. Tax exempt organisations should provide a resale certificate.
Trademarks and Copyright
By submitting artwork you confirm you have the right to use it. Product names and logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to show decoration capability only.
